Closer to green than Oolong tea, Jasmine is selected from hundreds of fine teas, the leaves being picked at their flavor peak in the spring before the rain and the period of fast growth. The tea, a Pauchong, is then held with special care until summer when the best flowers are available for blending to impart their rare and delicious perfume. It is indeed a tea of teas - extremely fine, delicate and aromatic. This tea is certified Fair Trade
